Holders of Bus&Fly tickets who lose objects on the bus may submit a claim when they reach their station. They will be required to show their ticket and invoice, if any.

There is also a Complaints form available on the CONTACT section of the website; complaints may also be made by calling (+34) 91 20 7007. If the object is lost during the flight operated by Iberia, follow the instructions given on the luggage incident page.
