Users of the Bono Alsa Pass travel pass are required to read and accept the following conditions:

Definitions.- The term Alsa Pass customer refers to all persons acquiring the Alsa Pass travel pass under the conditions detailed here. Alsa refers to all companies using the name "Alsa" in their passenger transport services.

The purchase of the Alsa Pass Voucher allows its holder to purchase Alsa Pass tickets and travel for 7 days, 11 days or 15 consecutive days on all routes or transportation services of Alsa.

Alsa Pass travel passes are available only through www.alsa.es (not enabled for phones or mobile devices), and are personal and non transferable. May not be combined with other offers or promotions. Alsa Pass travel passes may be annulled if not used. In this case, Alsa will reimburse the full price of the selected Alsa Pass. No handling costs are added when using Alsa Pass to redeem travel tickets. Neither Alsa Plus account points or the Alsa purse may be used to purchase the Alsa Pass travel pass. After buying your Alsa Pass travel pass, you will receive an SMS with your Alsa Pass code. This SMS code is free of charge. You can then use the code to redeem tickets to travel 7 or 11 or 15 consecutive days, depending on the option chosen.

Alsa Pass tickets.- Using your Alsa Pass travel pass you can buy Alsa Pass tickets for travel under the conditions applying to the corresponding ticket and Transport Legislation. Using your Alsa Pass to pay for these transport services is equivalent to holding a ticket. Price of tickets redeemed using Alsa Pass: €0. Where to buy Alsa Pass: website only (not enabled for phones or mobile devices). Alsa Pass may be used only to buy one-way tickets priced at less than €80 (excluding Supra Classe). Tickets are personal and non transferable and will only be issued for the holder of the Alsa Pass travel pass. Tickets bought using the Alsa Pass cannot be changed or cancelled. When taking Alsa buses, Alsa Pass holders will be required to show their booking reference and ID. Alsa Pass users may buy up to 3 tickets per day, providing they are for different routes. Alsa Pass may not be used for return trips in the same day. Alsa Pass is valid for adult tickets only. Valid for all long-distance and regional tickets sold through the Alsa website*. It is not available to acquire the same route (Origin / Destination) within the same Alsa Pass Pass. Not valid for international routes.

Validity.- Alsa Pass travel passes are valid for 7 or 11 or 15 days. Alsa Grupo, S.L.U. reserves the right to cancel Alsa Pass travel passes when used fraudulently. In this case, no reimbursements will be made.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. – This Contract is applied and shall be interpreted under the terms of Spanish legislation. For any disputes arising with regard hereto, the parties, expressly waiving any other forum to which they may have recourse, agree to be bound by the decisions of the Courts and Tribunals of the place where the user is resident.

*Promotion not applicable to services offered under the terms of Art. 77 of the Land Transport Act, jointly with and/or by Alsa partners.
