Accessibility - National and regional services
At Alsa we understand mobility as a social right and we work to facilitate inclusive and universal mobility, adapted to the needs of all people.
Our goal is that people from any group can enjoy our services in the same conditions of safety, equality and comfort, with the greatest possible autonomy.
For this reason, we continually work to improve the entire accessibility chain of our services, through different solutions: adaptations for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs (PRM and PMRSR), transfer spaces, free or subsidized companions, accessible information, adapted sales channels, etc.
Our approach is inspired by the DALCO Criteria, relating to the actions of walking, apprehension, location and communication that must be met to guarantee universal accessibility, as defined in the UNE 170001-1.2007 Standard.
For the design, development and validation of the different initiatives and improvements included in our Accessible and Inclusive Mobility Plan, we have the support of different organizations and associations that provide the point of view of the different groups with disabilities.
