How does it work?

In three simple steps you can begin to enjoy all the best entertainment:

1. Disconnect the WIFI ALSA network and connect to WIFI ALSASTREAM network.
2. Download the system app or connect to the portal, as applicable.
3. Open the app or the portal and your experience will begin!

Technical recommendations and supported devices

Works with any Android or iPad Tablet or Android and iPhone smartphone.

We recommend:

• iPad 2 or greater.
• iPhone 4 or greater.
• Android 4.0 or greater.

Recommendations for WiFi connections

The entertainment system works via a direct WiFi connection on the bus and is totally free of charge.

  • The ALSASTREAM WiFi is only available on the bus and does not require a password, so you can connect automatically.
  • If you need to stop watching a video for any reason, you can later go back to exactly the same point when you reconnect.
  • This WiFi network will not provide Internet access, therefore you will not be able to use it to browse or receive emails.
  • To avoid disturbing other passengers, we ask you to always use the headphones provided.
