Alsa works with other companies to offer backup services when demand for our buses exceeds available places.
Buses providing backup services obviously comply with all Alsa requirements.
Under Article 85 of Royal Decree 1211/1990 of 28 September approving the Regulation of the Law on Land Transport Planning (ROTT), Alsa may use other vehicles, either from our own fleet or on loan from other companies (with or without driver) under any valid legal arrangement, to meet demand that cannot be met by our own vehicles.
