In general, passengers aged under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. In exceptional cases, children may travel alone on Bus&Fly tickets, subject to the following conditions:
- Bus leg: children aged 4 - 14 may travel alone only if a parent or guardian issues an Authorisation Form, available for all services, prior to travelling.
- Flight leg: children aged 5 - 11 may travel alone if a parent or guardian books the airline's companion service prior to travelling.
However, although Alsa accepts unaccompanied minors from 4 years onwards, the airline does not allow children aged under 5 to travel alone. Accordingly, 5 is the minimum age for Bus&Fly journeys.
