Subscribing to Privilegios en Compras costs €15 per month, billed to you after an initial 30-day trial period.

To subscribe via www.alsa.com/en or our App:

  • After you make your purchase, you will see a purchase confirmation message. Click "Next" to subscribe.
  • The registration screen will open. Fill in your details and click on "YES, CLICK NOW".
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your customer information and instructions on how to get your refund at the address you gave during the subscription process.

You may cancel your subscription using any of the following channels:

  • In your customer profile, go to "Manage my subscription".
  • Customer Service: atencionalcliente@privilegiosencompras.es
  • Free phone (+34) 900 878 710 (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 9 pm; Saturdays, 10 am - 5 pm)
  • Postal mail: Privilegios en Compras, Apartado de Correos14596, 28080 Madrid.
