If you are waiting for an Alsa passenger and want to know their whereabouts, you can see it in real time in the “Track my bus” section of the website. It's very easy:

1. Go to “Track my bus” on the website home page.

2. Enter the passenger's booking reference number.

3. If the number is valid, you will see information regarding the ticket (departure point, destination, departure time and scheduled arrival time), the route followed and a map showing the location of the bus in real time.
