Privilegios en Compras (or Privicompras) is the independent Alsa online shopping service with discounts and other advantages for members for bus and plane tickets, hotel reservations, fashion, phones and more.

To enjoy these offers you must subscribe to the service, which costs €15 per month, billed after an initial 30-day trial period.

How can I unsubscribe from Privilegios en Compras?

You may cancel your subscription using any of the following channels:

  • In your Privilegios en Compras customer profile, go to “Manage my subscription”.
  • Customer Service: atencionalcliente@privilegiosencompras.es
  • Free phone (+34) 900 878 710 (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 9 pm. Saturdays, 10 am - 5 pm)
  • Postal mail: Privilegios en Compras, Apartado de Correos 14596, 28080 Madrid.
