Alsa has buses adapted for people with disabilities and special needs, particularly on  Supra services, which also offer additional services, such as assistance at stations and boarding and disembarking.

For security reasons, pregnant women are advised to check with a physician before acquiring Bus&Fly tickets, due to possible complications during the flight leg. See the conditions on the Iberia website.
