ALSA offers a Babysiter Service on its Premium service for children aged 4-14 travelling alone. During the journey, they are supervised by an attendant. It's very easy:

1. Commence the purchase process and select a Premium class service. Remember, not all routes offer this class.

2. When you reach “Complete your purchase”, add the “Babysitter Service” underneath the passenger details.

3. A window will pop up where you will be asked to indicate the number of children to be supervised, and the name and telephone number of the responsible adult.

4. Enter the information, click on “Accept” and conclude the purchase process.

The adult requesting the service must download the Babysitter Service request form, fill it out and sign it in duplicate and before travelling have it validated at an ALSA point of sale. Our drivers will not permit any child whose authorisation form has not been validated by ALSA to board the bus.
