The following options are available to see tickets bought via our website:

  • The confirmation e-mail.
  • The confirmation SMS with the travel details (if requested during the purchase process).
  • Alsa Plus customers may see their upcoming journeys and their tickets in pdf format in their private area.

For tickets bought using the Alsa App:

  • The confirmation e-mail.
  • The confirmation SMS with the travel details (if requested during the purchase process).
  • You can see your tickets in the "My journeys" area of the App.
  • Download it to your Passbook.

For tickets bought via our Information and Sales line:

  • The confirmation e-mail, if you gave your e-mail address.
