ALSA tickets acquired via other websites may only be changed or cancelled by the companies/channels via which they were bought, subject to the purchase, change and cancellation policies of the company in question (Omio, Busbud, Movelia, travel agencies).

Moreover, when tickets are bought via third parties, seats may not be chosen, but are assigned automatically during the purchase process.
