On national routes, many Alsa buses and stations offer facilities and services adapted for people with disabilities.
You can check our “Accessibility and special needs” section or, if you can speak Spanish, call our Passenger Service Hotline on (+34) 91 020 7007 for travelling options. Buses covering routes outside of Spain are not fitted with these facilities.
Remember, for many assistance services and special seats, you may need to reserve at least 48 hours before undertaking your journey.
