- Personal and non-transferable.
- Available for registered customers or Alsa Plus.
- A single pass per person, origin-destination and period.
- Three travel periods:
- February 1 - April 30 (min. 12 trips).
- May 1 - August 31 (min. 16 trips).
- September 1 - December 31 (min. 16 trips).
- You can cancel it as long as you haven't started using it.
- Available for all services because now you can also redeem your passes in Supra services by paying the difference.
- Sale through the web and app.
- The exchange of free passes will be allowed exclusively in the services provided by the administrative concession of the purchased pass. In the purchase process, these services are marked with a white star on a green background at the top right of each service.
- Tickets issued with a pass can be changed and cancelled, with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
- It is not allowed to purchase tickets for consecutive trips if, between trips, at least three times the duration of the outbound trip has not elapsed. In other words, if we travel on a bus that leaves at 8 in the morning and whose journey lasts 1 hour, we will not be able to redeem another ticket until the bus that leaves at least 3 hours from now, at 11 in the morning (1x3).
- You can only make more than one round trip per day if one of them has been previously cancelled.
- When you redeem a ticket, only the services where you can make use of your free passare shown.
- A deposit is paid per period. It will be refunded if the minimum number of trips is met:
- €20 if the ticket price is €5 or less*.
- €35 if it is between €5.01 and €13*.
- €50 if it is between €13.01 and €25*.
- €65 if it is more than €25*.
*Prices without promotions or discounts.
- Regarding the return of the deposit deposited, it will be made whenever 12 trips or more are effectively made in the first quarter of application and 16 trips or more in each of the two subsequent quarters. If the traveler does not reach the previous minimum recurrence, they will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
- IMPORTANT:The pass will be annulled, without return of the deposit, to anyone who makes improper use on three occasions. In addition, pending trips will be canceled and it will not be possible to buy another pass with the same contract in the same period. It is considered inappropriate use:
- Not having canceled a formalized trip and that finally has not been made at least 24 hours in advance.
- The use of a ticket by a person other than the holder of the pass.
- Deposits paid by credit card or phone will be returned automatically, without prior request, to the credit card or phone number with which the bond was obtained. This return will be made at the end of the validity period and within a maximum period of one month.
- For passes obtained with payment in cash, the refund must be requested by the holder of the pass within a period not exceeding two months from the end of its validity period.
- The amount of the deposit may be added exclusively to the large family discount.

No, each pass may only be used by the person chosen when purchasing the pass.
No, the specific route is chosen when purchasing the pass. Tickets may be purchased for return trips for the route in question and each journey counts as one trip. For example, if you purchase a pass for Madrid-Granada you may only purchase tickets with that pass from Madrid to Granada and from Granada to Madrid.
As per our standard practices, passes may be used to purchase tickets via any channel, except on the bus itself. The exception to this rule is the Madrid-Toledo route, for which passes may be used to purchase tickets directly on the bus.
For every validity period, only one pass may be purchased per person, for every route (return). With regard to minors that do not yet have a National ID, their parents/guardian may also purchase a pass for the minor using their own identity card number (National ID/Foreigner’s ID).
Yes, an adult may purchase a pass for a minor using the National ID/Foreigner’s ID number of the parent or guardian. If the minor has their own National ID, it should be used when purchasing the pass.
