Pass conditions

  • Can be cancelled as long as it is unused.
  • Available for Comfort services. Now you can use your pass on Supra services by paying the price difference!
  • Available through the website, app, and at Alsa points of sale.

Ticket conditions

  • Tickets issued using the pass may be changed or cancelled as long as this is done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Tickets may not be purchased for consecutive trips if at least triple the journey time (one way) has not passed between each trip.
  • Pass holders may only book more than one return trip per day if one of them was previously cancelled.

Terms and conditions of the deposit

  • The deposit will be returned as long as at least 16 trips are actually taken in each of the two four-month validity periods. If the pass holder does not take the minimum number of trips described above, they will not get their deposit back.
  • If a pass is used inappropriately three times, it will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned. The following is considered to be inappropriate use of the pass:
    • If a trip that was booked is not used and not cancelled at least 24 hours before the departure time.
    • If a ticket is used by someone other than the pass holder.
  • Deposits paid using a credit card will be refunded automatically to that card, without any action needed from the pass holder. This refund will be paid no later than one month after the end of the validity period in question.
  • Those who purchase their pass using cash must request their refund within a maximum of two months after the end of the validity period.
  • Only the large family discount applies to this kind of pass.

Pass conditions

  • Validity: from the date of purchase of the first ticket.
  • The pass is nominative, personal and non-transferable.
  • You can cancel it as long as you haven't started using it.
  • Available passes for Comfort services on round trip routes selected by Alsa.
    Now you can redeem your pass in Supra services by paying the difference!
  • Sale through the website, app, self-service machines and Alsa points of sale.
  • Cumulative exclusively to the large family discount.

Ticket conditions

  • Tickets issued with a pass allow change and cancellation, except the regionals of Cantabria.
  • Each trip is equivalent to a single journey.
  • Available only for daily use with the same origin and destination per direction.
