Our urban and metropolitan vehicles have seats and spaces reserved for passengers with reduced mobility, the elderly and people with disabilities, at no extra cost.

These seats are preferably located near the doors of the vehicle and near to the space for PRM in wheelchairs to facilitate access to passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities.

In addition, our vehicles are equipped with an optical-acoustic guidance system to facilitate access to these seats.
