Purchasing assistance services
Assistance services can be purchased on the website, via the app, at Alsa points of sale and by phone.
For those services where an assistance service is available, you can book it on the website when purchasing your ticket.
To do so, activate the button you will find when entering your details.
To complete the booking, you must leave a contact phone number and e-mail address and select your specific needs. If you have more than one need, you can include it in the comments field.
The sales process in these channels is similar to that of the website, but you will be attended to in person by one of our agents.
For those services where the assistance service is available, one of our agents will offer you the opportunity to book it, they will ask you about your needs and your contact phone number and address.
For those services where an assistance service is available, once you have selected the date and point of departure/destination of the of the trip and filled in the passenger details:
- Select “Show Other Additional Services”.
- From the drop-down menu, select the assistance service you require. If you have more than one need, please fill in the comments field.
