Changes and cancellations
For changes and cancellations of tickets for passengers with disabilities, Alsa’s general conditions apply.
However, due to the intricacies of the services offered to PRM in wheelchairs, please note that:
- If you want to make a change to a new service less than 36 hours before the departure date (or 24 hours on some routes), it is possible that the seats needed for your journey have already been purchased by other passengers. Therefore, you will have to select another alternative further in advance.
- If you are bringing a free companion, you will need to process the change/cancellation of their ticket first, as it is associated with that of the wheelchair passenger.
- If you wish to add the transfer seat or a free companion’s ticket to an existing reservation, you must do so in person at our ticket offices or by calling our customer service line. You can make this change with full guarantees up to 36 hours before the date of departure; after this time, we cannot guarantee the reservation.
- Lastly, if when you call our operations staff to confirm your needs, you realise that the booking does not suit you, we will modify it free of charge so that you can travel with full guarantees.
