Alsa places safety as one of its main values.
The organisation always applies the most demanding measures in terms of safety.
We apply zero tolerance to any behaviour that poses a risk to the services it operates. Our employees are aware that their actions determine the level of safety we offer.
- We make sure that our employees are competent and trained professionals.
- As such, they receive training and are continuously evaluated.
- Alsa has an ISO45001 certified Risk Prevention System.
- We also execute the “For your health” program which includes actions to inform and advise on healthy lifestyles.
- We care about our fleet, including technological innovations that help the driver in their performance, and alert them to possible incidents or risks that are detected during the trip.
- We continually research to incorporate the most advanced technology available on the market into our vehicles.
- We design and establish maintenance plans approved by the manufacturers, and we complement them with very demanding internal requirements.
- We have a clear objective: to offer our users the safest service.
- We maintain collaboration agreements and agreements with different organizations such as the Spanish Foundation for Road Safety, the General Directorate of Traffic and other organizations.
- We always ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and we are committed to complying with demanding and prestigious International Standards such as ISO39001, ISO22320 and CSEAA-INSIA.
